Return Policy
We offer a 90-day return policy. This means you have 90 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
After approval, you will receive further instructions regarding the return shipment. Returns must only be sent to the address provided by our support team.
Product Issues & Quality Concerns
If there are any issues regarding the product, delivery, or quality, we kindly ask for detailed documentation of the issue, including photos or videos where possible. This helps us better understand the situation and continuously improve our products, service, and delivery process.
Each case is reviewed individually, and an appropriate solution will be determined based on the specific circumstances.
Hygiene & Personal Care Products
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are excluded from returns and refunds, regardless of the return period:

supplements or similar ingestible products

personal care or wellness products

products worn directly on the body

products used barefoot or in close skin contact

sealed items once the seal has been removed or damaged
These items cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear supporting photos. Reports submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are also excluded from returns:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately for the desired item.
EU Right of Withdrawal
For orders within the European Union, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies in addition to this policy.
To qualify, items must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging and must not fall under the excluded product categories listed above.
Refunds
Once the approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the refund decision.
If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
