Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer regulations, customers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the conditions outlined below are fully met.
To exercise this right, customers must notify us in writing within the withdrawal period. Returns sent without prior notice or approval may not be accepted.
Strict Hygiene & Safety Exclusions
Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or refunds for any products that:

are skincare, haircare, cosmetic, or beauty-related

are personal care or wellness products

are sealed items that have been opened or unsealed

are intended for close or direct contact with the body

are worn barefoot or directly on the skin

cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons once opened
These exclusions apply regardless of the withdrawal period and are final.
Limited Eligibility for Returns
Only products that are unused, unopened, and fully intact may be considered for return.
Returned items must:

remain in their original, sealed packaging

show no signs of handling, testing, or use

be in a condition suitable for resale
Items that do not meet these requirements will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
Refund Handling
Approved refunds are processed only after inspection and confirmation of eligibility. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are always borne by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographic evidence of the issue and packaging. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.
International Fulfilment Notice
Some products are shipped directly from international fulfilment partners. Delivery times may vary, and return handling is subject to the conditions stated above.
